O-T board hires new Vo-Ag teacher

Oologah School Board members hired a new Vo-Ag teacher Monday and is closing in on hiring a new superintendent. After an executive session, the board approved Kadie Smith taking over the Oologah FFA program. Vo-Ag teachers Josh Blair and Clay Drake resigned at the end of the school year. Smith graduated from Oklahoma State University. This will be her first teaching position. She came highly recommended to the board and we think she’ll be a great addition to the program, board president Don Tice said.
