We have just received the State Auditor and Inspector’s Report covering FY 2011 for Rogers County government. It contains five findings involving material weaknesses and 14 involving significant deficiencies. Most involve purchasing, bidding or use of federal funds by Commissioners Kirt Thacker and Mike Helm.
