The Lady Mustangs hit their stride last week.

Oologah posted hard court road wins over Jay and Miami and took down Wagoner for homecoming. The Lady Mustangs improved their record to 5-7.

We got in a couple of good days of practice. We had some time to fix a few things and the girls executed well on offense and defense,” Oologah head coach Kandy Damron said. “They played really hard last week and we’re really proud of them.”

The Lady Mustangs have been battling injuries this season. Senior Emily Pashley returned to the lineup this year after missing last season with a knee injury. She injured the opposite knee at the Oologah Tournament two weeks ago.

Emily tore the ACL in her other knee. She’s going through physical therapy and there’s a chance she might be back before the season is over,” Damron said.

Oologah 66- Jay 48

Oologah 51- Wagoner 45

Oologah 40- Miami 39
