O-T welcomes new teachers

Oologah school administrators welcomed 21 new teachers to campus last Wednesday morning for new teacher orientation.

Bethany Bodine will teach special education at the upper elementary.

Debbie Brown will teach special education at the upper elementary. Sara Carroll will teach English and language arts at the upper elementary. Taylor Clark will teach business at the high school and he will be an assistant football and baseball coach. Laila Deffenbaugh will teach English at the high school. Kristi DeLapp will be the counselor at the upper elementary. Clay Drake will be a middle and high school Vo-Ag teacher. Joanie Franklin will be a special education teacher at the upper elementary. Sherrie Guthrie will teach English language arts at the upper elementary. Brian Hayes will be the assistant band director at the middle and high school. Danette Hinson will teach kindergarten at the lower elementary. Chelsey Jeffers will teach third grade at the upper elementary. Lori Jones will be a reading specialist at the upper elementary. Angie Littrell will be the career tech teacher at the high school. Jodi Madison will be a special education teacher at the high school. Kari Rhoden will teach kindergarten at the lower elementary. Brittni Schmauss will teach first grade at the lower elementary.  William Smith will teach algebra at the high school and he will be an advisor for the robotics team. Meghan Vogt will teach Pre-K at the lower elementary. Chad Weeks will teach history at the high school and he will coach football and wrestling. Joy Young will teach special education reading at the middle school.
