Ladies take conference title

The Lady Mustangs won the Verdigris Valley Conference championship last week with a win overMiami.
“It was good to win the conference. That was one of our goals for the season,” Oologah head coach Kandy Damron said. “We’re dealing with a lot of injuries right now but I’m sure everybody else is too.”
Oologah finished the regular season with an 18-5 record and a #10 ranking in 4A. After beatingMiami, Oologah beat Grove at home and then went on the road for a loss atCollinsvilleand a win at Keys.
